Shipping Policy – Anvi Foundation

1. Applicability

This policy applies to physical items (e.g., merchandise, awareness kits, donor rewards) sent by Anvi Foundation.

2. Shipping Zones

We currently ship across India only.

3. Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days
  • Delivery may take an additional 5–10 working days, based on location
  • Tracking details will be shared when available

4. Shipping Charges

Most items (like donor kits) are shipped free of cost. If charges apply, they will be clearly shown at the time of checkout/donation.

5. Damages or Missing Items

If your item is damaged or missing:

  • Notify us within 3 working days of delivery
  • Email: info@anvifoundation.org with order proof and photos (if applicable)
  • Replacement or refund will be evaluated case-by-case

6. No International Shipping

At this time, we do not support international delivery.
